1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Infinity Wallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing our services.
2. Non-Custodial Nature
Infinity Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and recovery phrase. We do not have access to your funds, cannot recover your wallet, and cannot reverse transactions. You acknowledge that any loss of your recovery phrase may result in permanent loss of access to your assets.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Infinity Wallet. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate this requirement.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wallet credentials, ensuring the security of your devices, and verifying all transaction details before confirming. You agree not to use Infinity Wallet for illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing prohibited goods and services.
5. Transactions and Fees
All blockchain transactions are irreversible. Infinity Wallet does not control blockchain networks and cannot guarantee transaction confirmation times. Network fees are determined by the respective blockchain protocols and are subject to change based on network congestion. We do not charge additional fees for wallet usage.
6. Third-Party Services
Infinity Wallet may integrate with third-party services, including decentralized exchanges, blockchain networks, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided through Infinity Wallet, including logos, trademarks, and code, are the intellectual property of Infinity Wallet or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Wallet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the wallet. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or via email. Continued use of Infinity Wallet after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Infinity Wallet is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
