I lost my recovery phrase — can you restore my wallet?
Unfortunately no. Infinity Wallet is fully non-custodial, which means only you have access to your recovery phrase. We never store it and cannot recover it. Always keep multiple offline backups.
My swap is stuck or pending — what should I do?
Most pending transactions resolve within a few minutes. If it's been longer than 30 minutes, check the transaction hash on the relevant block explorer. If it failed, funds remain safe in your wallet.
How do I add a custom token or network?
Open the Assets tab, tap the + icon, then select Custom token or Custom network. Paste the contract address or RPC details — Infinity Wallet auto-fills the rest.
Is Infinity Wallet free to use?
Yes. The wallet is completely free. You only pay standard blockchain network fees for transactions and swaps — we don't charge subscription or hidden fees.
Which platforms is Infinity Wallet available on?
Windows, macOS, Linux and as a browser extension for Chrome, Brave and Edge. Mobile apps for iOS and Android are in active development.
